    1. Its such a boon seeing the conversion possibilities of these models so early..

in particular i like that this bot draws so heavily on Mr Goodwins early work in the Gothic and the Elderitch.. I thought that forge world had stolen a run on citadel with Jes goodwin's mechancius designs with the likes of the thallax, vorax or upcoming ordinatus .. but seeing the new releases that are so very much in tune with Jes Goodwins work jessails ..power mauls etc.. I guess i was wrong..

  3. Great, the extra bulk and skulls make it look less like a druid from Star Wars. Really love the colours on its helmet.

  4. Lovely stuff, really enjoying these. And I'll have to get me some Sicarians.

Thanks for sharing, John and Neil.

  5. That's amazing. I wasn't expecting to see anything like that this morning, which is probably the point of it.

It looks so ancient. The bones makes you wonder if that's a long decayed part of the construct, or if there's some glitch in its coding that makes the thing mash organics into its workings in a hopeless attempt to regain some humanity.

    1. Thats a creepy idea Odie, machines merging with humans to gain an impossible humanity. Strange stuff...

the conversion being bloody brilliant just makes to concept scarier..

    3. That's like the fourth reference to Hardware I've seen in the last two weeks - I guess I need to go back an re-watch that now.

I can just imagine a squad of bots whose Code Magos gets the glitch and then disseminates the corrupt programming into the rest of the group, so eventually you have this roving band of murder machines, slaughtering and grafting organic bits and pieces onto themselves. The Code Magos always gets the most choice bits first, of course.
